Publishing
House COSMOPOLI since 1992 has translated to
Polish, published and distrubuted in Poland the
FIDIC conditions of contract (and other selected
documents) in bilingual, English-Polish version.
The documents are published by Cosmopoli either
under direct authorisation of FIDIC and approval of SIDiR - the Polish
organisation of independent consulting engineers
federated in FIDIC, or under agreement with the
SIDiR Assotiation duly authorised by FIDIC to do
so.
Our publications are
applied in major international contracts,
including those finansed by the European
Union.
Being in bilingual
page-to-page version, the publications may be
interesting for foreign businessmen doing
business in Poland and for Polish businessmen
doing business abroad, as except their normal
application in contracts, the publications are
very usefull during negotiations, especially when
negotiating parties due to the language barrier
find difficult to understand each other.
